1. The distance between air supply and exhaust outlets shall be appropriate
The air outlet shall be kept at least 3M away from the air supply outlet to prevent short circuit of air flow
2. Select appropriate air valve
In principle, the error of the system air pressure balance is within 10% - 15%, and the regulating valve can not be set, but in fact, it is very difficult to adjust the air pressure only by the size of the regulating pipe. Therefore, the air volume regulating valve should be set for adjustment.
① Air volume regulating valve shall be set at the branch of air duct. A three-way regulating valve can be set at the three-way branch, or a regulating valve can be set at the branch.
② Obviously unfavorable loop can not be equipped with regulating valve to reduce resistance loss.
③ Where fire damper is required, fire damper can be used to replace regulating valve
④ The louver air outlet at the air supply outlet should use the air supply outlet with regulating valve. If the requirements are not high, the double-layer louver air outlet can be used, and the air volume can be adjusted by adjusting the angle of the air outlet.
⑤ The fresh air inlet should be equipped with an air valve that can be tightly opened and closed. The insulation air valve should be installed in severe cold areas. When there is automatic control, the electric air valve should be used.
3. Layout of air duct
① Try to reduce local resistance, that is, reduce the number of bends, tees and reducers
② The central radius of curvature of the bend shall not be less than the diameter or side length of its air duct. Generally, 1.25 times the diameter or side length can be used
③ In order to facilitate the adjustment of the air duct system, pressure taps shall be reserved before and after the branch points of the main pipe. The distance between the pressure tap and the front local pipe fitting shall be greater than 5B (B is the long side of the rectangular air duct or the diameter of the circular air duct), and the distance from the rear local pipe fitting shall not be less than 2B. Pressure taps should be reserved on the pipe section with stable air flow at the fan outlet.
4. Fresh air inlet position
① The air inlet should be set in a place with relatively clean outdoor air to ensure air quality
② It should be set on the north wall, avoid the roof and west wall, and should be set in the shade of the building, so as to lower the outdoor air temperature inhaled in summer
③ The distance between the bottom of the air inlet and the outdoor ground should not be less than two meters. When the air inlet is arranged in the green belt, it should not be less than one meter
④ It shall be arranged on the windward side of the exhaust outlet as far as possible and lower than the exhaust outlet, and the spacing shall not be less than 10m as far as possible
5. Requirements for fresh air outlet
① Fixed louvers should be used
② Waterproof shutters should be used in rainy areas to prevent rainwater from entering
③ In order to prevent birds from entering, metal mesh should be set in the shutter
6. New method of exhaust duct
The exhaust system design of similar hotel rooms can be considered as follows: exhaust fan is used to exhaust the indoor air into the ceiling of the corridor, and exhaust pipe is set in the corridor for exhaust. In order to make effective use of waste heat, the exhaust fan can be set in the toilet.
